Admissions information.

Light House Sober Living accepts men into the home who are in need of a safe, secure, and sober environment to live. Applicants must have already begun the recovery process, must be actively working a treatment plan, must be residents of Ottawa County, be at least 18 years of age, and have history of addiction to drugs and/or alcohol.  Further, applicants who have prior convictions for sexual offenses will not be admitted.

To apply to live at Light House Sober Living, complete the LIght House Sober Living Resident Application. Applications can be scanned and emailed to lighthousesoberliving@gmail.com or mailed to Light House Sober Living, PO Box 24, Port Clinton, OH 43452.
